Amsterdam
This is a photo of marijuana plant starter kits for sale in an Amsterdam flower market. These kits included dirt and seeds and were for sale right next to tulip bulbs and tomato seeds. It was so civilized, I wanted to cry.
I have much more to say about Dutch policies concerning the plant and my own experience in Amsterdam, but that's all for now.
