• Complete survey for Unit III
• Closure on Unit II

Activities:
Distribute Unit III survey - See Appendix for sample. This survey is designed to gather information you need to set up the groups for Unit III.

Options for activities - You may want to do a brief editing workshop on the final drafts, or have students exchange and read papers.

Instead of these options, you may want to discuss with students what they learned from Unit II.

In any case, collect the Arguing essays.
