Development

Develop your essay with specific examples from the authors' articles and clear explanations of your own logic and experiences. Concentrate on showing your audience how each of the authors you use approaches your common point, the similarities and differences between those approaches, and how your own ideas and/or experiences reinforce, contradict, or add to the authors' ideas.

Make your essay coherent to your audience by determining an appropriate organization and style. Remember, again, to explain your ideas well enough so that your readers aren't left with any major questions or confusions at the end.
