WAC at CSU Home: About WAC @ CSU

Most simply stated, the mission of our university’s writing-across-the-curriculum (WAC) program is to help faculty and students gain the disciplinary awareness necessary to write successfully within different contexts. The WAC Program helps faculty and students from around the campus. We collaborate with faculty across many content areas, e.g., faculty in departments of education, business, electrical engineering, computer science, art, and history, on how to write good assignments and respond to student writing. We help undergraduate and graduate students learn how to respond to the complexity of audiences.
