Project Support

The Writing Center received its first funding in 1992 from the Colorado Commission on Higher Education's Programs of Excellence competition. Funding from the CCHE continued through June 1998. Additional funding during that period was provided by the following units at Colorado State University:

• Academic Computing and Networking System (ACNS)
• Center for Research on Writing and Communication Technologies
• College of Liberal Arts
• Department of English
• Department of Journalism and Technical Communication
• Department of Speech Communication
• Office of Instructional Services (OIS)
• Office of the Provost/Academic Vice President

Current funding for the project is provided by the Office of the Provost/Academic Vice President at Colorado State University, the CSU Department of English, The Institute for Learning and Teaching (TILT) at CSU, and the CSU College of Liberal Arts.
