Use the Ideas Tool to create notes as you work on a project. Each idea can include a title and URL, can be placed in a category, and can be linked to other ideas. Although ideas are usually brief, you can make them as long as you'd like. The Ideas Tool can be accessed by viewing your personal page and clicking on the "Ideas" icon or title link in the Writing Tools area.
The main options menu gives links to "Create a New Idea Collection," or to "Update," "Share," and "Delete/Remove" specific collections.
In each specific collection there are three options menus. One allows for new comments to be added, while another allows you to add new Ideas or change display and sorting order of the currently existing ideas, and the last menu relates to each specific idea.
Each idea has a right side options menu with links to "Update," "Delete," "Print-Friendly Version," and "Create New Idea," as well as listing the date the idea was originally added and when it was last updated.
