Help System: Version Two
 Help videos for Writing Studio were originally created and narrated by Mike Gould. Mike is a senior associate with Margo Research Associates, Inc., and a research coordinator / adjunct faculty member at Colorado State University (CSU). Mike has created audio-video help desk, learning modules for computer software and Web sites. In 2003, he completed a Ph.D. in experiential education with a dissertation emphasis on "Qualitative Web Page Evaluation." His post-doctorate studies focus on computer technology and learning processes. He has taught Managing Bibliographic Databases, Designing Web Pages, Introduction to Computer Applications, Management Fundamentals, Business Communication, and Managerial Communication Strategies in traditional classroom and Internet environments. Mike has also facilitated experiential education sessions at the CSU Challenge Course and is a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS); Leave No Trace Wilderness Training, Outdoor Skills & Ethics Program.
Help System Prototype
The Writing Studio help system prototype was designed, written, and coded by Jared Tomlin during the Spring of 2004.
