From the main Sources Tool page, you can control how your working bibliography is displayed, specifically which citation format it uses (MLA, APA, or Chicago Author/Date) and how the sources are ordered (by Author Name, Publication Date, Most Recently Added, or Order Added).
Making a change to this option is as simple as selecting your choice from the main options menu. This will refresh the page using your new display preference.
When you select "Print View" from the main options menu, a pop-up window will open where you can select from multiple display options. You need to select a Citation Style (MLA, APA, or Chicago Author/Date), Display By (by Author Name, Publication Date, Most Recently Added, or Order Added), and if you want to show annotations, evaluations, and/or notes.
When you've finished making your choices, click the "View the Bibliography" button. This refreshes the window with your working bibliography, displayed according to your preferences. Please note that it is a working bibliography. You should check it to ensure that it is complete and accurately follows the citation style you have chosen.
From here, you can "Print this Page" or "Change Display" simply by clicking on the corresponding button.
