Planning a Successful Training Program

Like all training sessions, planning early helps the entire program run smoothly. What you need to add to your typical training is more time for using the computers as well as some role playing. The teachers we've worked with have all appreciated having time to try out classroom techniques with a small group of peers role playing as students.
