Writing for the Web

Create Links

After you've created your document, formatted text and images, and created tables and lists, begin linking your documents. To specify links, HTML uses the <A> – or Anchor – tag, along with attributes that identify the Web address (or URL) of the page to which you are linking and the title of the link (which allows you to create an informational flag).
