Writing for the Web

Create Your Web Pages

Web pages are plain text (unformatted) documents that are read by Web browsers, such as Netscape NavigatorTM and MicrosoftTM Internet Explorer. To create pages using HTML, you need to create a basic document using the <HEAD> and <BODY> tags. All HTML pages use these two important tags. After you've created your document, you can add content to your pages and use additional HTML tags to format your content.
