Conducting Simple Searches of the Web

Yahoo! does not allow us to show you its Web site in our frames. To view Yahoo!, please click here. Yahoo! will open in its own browser window. Once it has opened, please follow the directions below.

Beginning Your Search: Please follow these steps:

1. For purposes of our demonstration, please type the word author in the text box, located near the top of the screen.
2. Then click on the Search button, located to the right of the text box.
3. Once you've clicked on the Search button, click on the Continue button below.

Note: Using the Yahoo! search box will produce a list of results that are related to Web sites that have been added to Yahoo! by its editors. These results will include both Yahoo! categories and individual Web pages. You can also browse for information on Yahoo! by clicking on a category, such as Health or Science.
