Online library catalogs provide information about materials owned by a library. Online catalogs can be searched using a wide range of criteria, typically author, title, subject, call number, and classification heading. In this demonstration, we focus on author, title, and subject searches on the online library catalog at Colorado State University (SAGE) and the University of California (Melvyl):
